As well as being a mortgage broker and adviser, I have previous experience in taxation, accounting and financial management and can provide assistance with cash flow planning, affordability and tax effective loan structuring. This mix of skills, experience and understanding make my assistance as important to your financial well-being as your accountant or financial planner.

Not only do I guide you in your loan choice to suit your unique circumstances, I go one step further and take on all the work of dealing with the lender on your behalf. This means your deal is done with minimal pain, letting you relax and go about your normal life.




My 5 Stage Process

What you can expect from your adviser


I take time to ensure I know your personal situation, your needs, goals and objectives – immediate and long term. From this information I will determine your borrowing capacity and whether you qualify for the loan you are seeking.

I will also ascertain whether any changes may occur in your future financial position that may impact on your ability to continue to meet your loan repayments.

There are generally a number of loan product options that suit your needs, all of which I will thoroughly explain to you in language you are able to easily understand, rather than in financial jargon.

Your risk insurance will also be reviewed at this point and options can be discussed.

After this is completed you will be presented with a Statement of Mortgage Advice summarising our discussions.

As well as helping source and secure your loan, if you are purchasing a property I will support you through the process with expertise gained from many years’ experience.

On top of the normal services you would expect I am able to provide:

• general property advice

• information sourced from RPData and other sources

• Personal credit reports and

• assistance to complete your First Home Owners Grant application

These services are COMPLIMENTARY.

Paperwork can be a headache, so let me do all the hard work. I gather all supporting data and documents required for your loan application and lodge it with the chosen lender.

I communicate with real estate agents and legal representatives on your behalf to ensure a smooth process, and I will stay focused on your deal after finance is approved, seeing it through to a successful conclusion.

I don’t do short term relationships or deals – like all investments, I am with you for the long term. As your Personal Mortgage Adviser, I provide ongoing advice and assistance in all matters relating to your loan, including increases if you need more funds, or switching to a different product.

As part of the continuing service I will review your situation from time to time to make sure your loan continues to be appropriate for you should your needs change.
